Steve installed a new 4TB SSD, backed up my drive, installed a new battery and did a quick tidy up on my pc. The work was done quickly, and he takes time to listen and explain to you what he’s doing. He keeps you updated with how the job is going, and gets your pc back to you quickly. This is the second time he’s done work on my laptop. The last time he installed additional RAM. Highly recommended.

Emailed him Initially with a question, he took his time to explain what tests I could do to ensure the part was the correct solution for my problem. Communication was great. Overall just a great bloke who I will have no hesitation to contact again should I have any other issues.

The service from Steve was excellent from start to finish. He contacted me promptly after my initial enquiry. He came to my house to pick up my computer. Diagnosed the issue and fixed and upgraded a faulty hard drive. He dropped it back to me on a Sunday too. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use Steve again for any future issues.
